We have a good structure to these calls, as the time is limited. These short sessions are to help you tackle a specific issue or problem, or emotional crisis. For example a client called me the other day after her husband went to the emergency room with chest pains. We connected, did a visualization and rebalanced those emotions that were so raw for her.

There are inherent challenges for people who are survivors of trauma. Whether it is physical, verbal, sexual, or emotional abuse, the challenges post-trauma are similar.
